Community Engagement
Acting like soil, community engagement nurtures the roots of stewardship, meaningful action, and impactful communal ties.
When people come together to learn, observe, create, and care for the earth, powerful things happen - not only does a person feel connected to their community, but they have developed a sense of stewardship to the land they care for. Stewardship goes far in protecting, restoring, and caring for the land.

Taking Action
Groups in the community work towards a goal. Often times, this includes participating in community outings - this can include activities like nature walks or marathons, planting, workshops, civil advocacy, and more. Each action taken is a step forward for restoration .
Community Ties
Besides the great influence community engagement could have on the ecosystems, it also affects individuals themselves. Being with a community creates a sense of belonging; feeling belonged can travel far.
